HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? Easy! To place your order, simply click on the "Add to Cart" icon. The handbag you choose will automatically be added to your list of purchases! Once your order has been submitted, we will then put your order together and send it straight off to you within 5 working days. If, for whatever reason, we do not have a specific handbag that you have ordered, we will notify you and reimburse you immediately for this item. We will also send you a confirmation email letting you know when your order is on it�s way to you. Then it�s just up to you to keep an eye out for it and enjoy it! We guarantee that your order will be filled within 5 working days of you placing it�who wants to wait any longer for their goodies to arrive?! WHAT ARE MY POSTAGE OPTIONS? Within Australia All orders within Postage charges are according to Australia Post weight charges, and will be quoted upon order confirmation. International International orders will be shipped via Australia Post International, unless otherwise preferred (Express, Economy and Sea options all available) and will a cost will be quoted upon each individual order prior to payment being made. Insurance on each international order is recommended and a quote will also be provided if insurance is requested. We ship to all countries including the CAN I RETURN MY HANDBAG? While we�re positive you�ll love each and every one of our pieces, please choose carefully as we don�t return items simply because you have changed your mind. If however, the items are different to what is pictured on this website, or faulty in any way, we will gladly refund your money. You will be issued a Return Authority Number (RA#) and should quote this number along with the items upon returning them. Once they arrive at Wrapture & Ruin, we will refund your money for the items. All returns should have the original Wrapture&Ruin tags attached. All return requests need to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
